Gabe Johnson started Vanguard the way most real businesses actually start — not with a business plan, but with a bucket, a squeegee, and a willingness to knock on doors. He was still in high school. What he lacked in age, he made up for by simply doing the work better than anyone expected.
What began as one teenager cleaning windows around Lincoln has grown into a trained, licensed, and insured team serving 1,200+ homes and businesses. The standard he set on the very first job — show up, do it right, don't leave until it's perfect — is still the standard every technician is held to today.
